Having used GAP Solutions 10 years ago for our wardrobe it was an easy choice when we were considering a wardrobe for my sons room recently. The overall experience once again was seamless and their help and support was excellent. The after sales service has been great and I would highly recommend, thank you to the team we are very happy !!

We have a new build home which did not come with wardrobes in both rooms. We approached the manufacturer of the company who installed in the master room. This company gave us a verbal quote on the day, which was very expensive and in fact after their visit they failed to follow up and send us their quote or return our phone calls. Hence we made the decision to look elsewhere!GAP solutions came recommended to us by my friend who had 2 bedrooms fitted out. We contacted GAP via email and they quickly responded back. I provided them with rough measurements and a drawing (very bad sketch!) which they then produced a CGI for our review. They then came out to do a final measurement and to firm the order. We were advised of the waiting time (6/7 weeks).On day of fitting we were the first appt of the day. Jeff and Josh were excellent! Very polite, friendly and just got on with the job. After works were completed we were called to inspect the wardrobe, and shown how to operate the doors. We were given a little goodie bag too!Greg and his team have been professional and very accommodating (working around our availability, and my change of design). I have no hesitation recommending this company.

We are happy with the quality of our installed wardrobe. Even after 1 year, a small issue was fixed promptly by simply contacting Lottie and without charge.

This team are excellent. From start to finish an purely professional job. A great price. Greg and team give over 100% to make sure you are happy as a customer. I am one a customer and I would and have recommended GAP Solutions to many of my friends and neighbors. But you know what? Their work speaks for itself.

Do not waste your time with this organisation. They are clearly busy enough now that they feel they can justify utterly ridiculous costs. They have now quoted nearly £10,000 for a very simple design and build.Original quote was at £6,500 and revised for two extra cupboards £9,500!!! After emailing to question the increase they actually justified it by stating the extra materials generated the increase!In all honesty the materials offered and range of build was limited at best, there are many other providers that offer better solutions and prices. Do not waste your time with this company.EDIT FOLLOWING GAP SOLUTIONS RESPONSE: I have now found another provider that is providing the same solution with better quality materials for £4,300. Think that says it all really. They are also factoring in many important elements to the build not considered by GAP such as a work around with soil and gas piping.

GAP provided an excellent service and we're very very happy with the results. They were courteous, professional and left our home clear and tidy after they were finished.I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we need any further work carried out.

We had Gap Solutions totally transform a small store room into the most amazing walk in wardrobe. From start to finish the team were professional, considerable and very keen to ensure that the work done was to the highest specification. Problems encountered along the way (we have a very old house) were managed well with clear solutions. The work came in on budget and we are very pleased with the finished result. I cannot thank Greg and the team enough. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have used Gap Solutions, once for just wardrobe doors and this time for a full wardrobe fit. Despite all the restrictions in place, which have caused a number of hurdles to leap, the people I have dealt have been unfailingly upbeat and helpful.I have to say, it was worth the wait. My wardrobes look great and I can't wait to fill them! I have changed my mind about colours and doors, and they just revised their designs and sent them back through again. I have sent random emails and they have responded helpfully (thank you Sophie).Thank you to the whole team from showroom staff to fitters, the quality of the wardrobes is clear to see and they are exactly what I wanted.

After looking through the reviews above, I feel I have to tell you of our experience. We phoned Gap Solutions to come round to give us a quote on our spare room for some wardrobes. They got back to us quickly and gave us a competitive quote. We decided to use Gap Solutions. As we had heard good things about them. Greg the owner, came with the team and over one day fitted the wardrobes. The service we received was exceptional. Because of this, we had a second bedroom fitted with wardrobes. All I can say is that Gap Solutions is a family run business, they are always available to answer any questions, I actually found their customer service exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Gap Solutions.

Excellent service by Sophie and the team. GAP Solutions previously done the wardrobes at the property I just moved in. I was able to call and get the historic records of the sizes and what was installed. Was able to order additional parts, no problem. Did a self pick up on a weekend and easily installed everything. The whole process was smooth and straight forward! Keep it up guys.
