The Wooden Retreat

Had a wonderful time at The Wooden Retreat! Debbie was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I had the best facial - my skin was soft and glowing for days. Can't wait to visit again.

This was such a fantastic experience. Debbie greeted me at the gate entrance to the back yard. Led me to the little wooden retreat in the back. She was very friendly, has a great sense of humour and had a lovely little chat with her before getting started. The space where she does her treatments looks nice, calm and very relaxing. I had a 45 min facial. It was heavenly. There is soft music playing in the background that adds to the calming experience. I felt so relaxed all through the treatment, her hands are so soft and when she massaged my face it felt like so calming and soothing, I loved every bit of it and would definitely recommend. 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The Wooden Retreat is a little slice of heaven, spotlessly clean, a relaxing haven and super cosy.Debbie’s hot stone massages are the best I’ve ever had anywhere they are pure bliss. Debbie has also given me the best facial I’ve ever received too, along with really very good pedicures.Debbie is truly so warm, welcoming and just lovely to spend time with, she’s so sweet, fun and nothing is to much trouble.I’d highly recommend The Wooden Retreat, I’m never happier then when I know I’m heading to see Debbie as I know I’ll be walking on air and totally relaxed when I leave.

The Wooden Retreat is a little gem nestled in a quiet neighborhood and Debbie has made it a sanctuary. From first contact via phone and then promptly replied text messages where one feels very taken care of to the refreshing glass of water before the “goodbye”, Debbie makes you feel more like her welcomed guest rather than a client. The ambience (radiant heated floors, soft lighting, soothing music and a true sense of cleanliness) sets the tone immediately.The Holistic Swedish Massage was my first treatment but it won’t be my last. It was gentle and relaxing. Exactly what I had hoped for. It was perfect. There were moments when I forgot where I was as I was transported to a place of bliss.What was most delightful was that Debbie really cares about giving you the best possible treatment and she made me feel very pampered.

Got a pregnancy massage. Debbie was super friendly, really professional in her email communications and the massage was fantastic. Reasonably priced, would highly recommend.
