Agree with most people. Flo Gas has the worst customer service team.I rang twice in the last 2 weeks and experienced the same attitude from 2 different members.My business bill went up nearly 3 times more expensive. Of course I would like to hear an explanation.However, the more I asked the more they get angry over the phone. In my opinion, It should be me who were charged nearly 3 times to feel angry.I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager who can maybe explain the issues better. I was told to leave a number and they will contact me back.As I would guess and I’m not surprised I never heard anything back.It’s shame that I’ve been your customer for 5 years. Paid the bills on time. You can’t even call me back.I hope you are not surprised to see me leave Flo Gas.Ps. with the price you charge us, you should be able to afford better manners and more professional customer service members.

Called five time to the office get quotes for natural gas for new business but seems to be not interested at all get new customers because every time they said someone will get back to but still waiting.

LPG gas that Flogas supply is much dearer than natural gas because it’s based on oil.I live in a close supplied by Flogas and i’m Informed that we all have to be out of contract at the same time before we can consider moving to another supplier.There’s a constant turn over of residents because people cannot afford the high charges from Flogas.I have written to every conceivable authority regarding Flogas.Each one comes back saying that there’s no regulation for LPG gas so in essence they can do what they like! Their service charge is a joke. £15 every 3 months for what exactly.Flogas have the monopoly in this close and that’s terrible. Phoenix Gas are presently laying gas lines though Newcastle and coming to the edge of Bryansford but not through it and I wonder what that’s about.

ONLY GETTING ONE STAR AS CAN'T GIVE ZERO! Shocking customer service - when setting up my account asked how much an average property of my type would spend per month, I wanted to do a rough calculation to balance out an average direct debit and was told they didn't know - they work in the industry and can't tell you?!?!? Or let's be honest they are ashamed to tell you because of the rip off prices and then tie you into a two year exclusivity period - what other company does this for two years instead of one. AHA I've got it - it must be the mass exodus of customers after one year due to their money grabbing antics! Truly the most appalling company I have dealt with and that is before we start on the dishonourable price rises and how they can justify these whenever they are already the dearest and overcharging is beyond me. Neighbours are boiling kettles as opposed to using the hot water tap. I thought piracy was illegal in the UK...

If I could give negative stars, I would have. They asked for 150 pounds fee just to be registered as a new member without even a decent explanation, I don't even mind, I paid but I haven't even spent 20 days in my apartment and I got a bill of 176 pounds. Flogas didn't even connect my gas even when i paid the 150 pounds and I moved into the house without heating , do you know how terrible that is. The company is a total scam and I still don't know why they are existing after all this negative review. There is a rude lady who picks the main customer care line, she is not helpful at all. I have called twice and she keeps calling ,me a Sir even when I told her that i am a lady and my billing information should be a Mrs, I got a billing information that says Mr. I guess the incompetence is oozing in the Flogas company and its entire team

I live in a appartment block of 10 & I don't see why we all have to pay £15 service charges every 3 months when the only thing they have done is is 5mins to read metres & have done nothing else

WORST GAS COMPANY EVER!!! I called and cancelled my account at the end of June and was told my account was in credit of around £80 and a cheque would be issued to me. A month later I called to see where my cheque was and was told that it hadn't been issued yet and it was for around £35 and it would be posted out, of course this never happened!!! About 2 weeks ago I called to see where my cheque was as I had been sent a bill and was told that my account had never been cancelled and the cheque never issued. I have now come home today to another bill from them even though the account was supposed to have been cancelled!!!!! To top it all off the je staff are alway incredibly rude when you call.

Avoid unless you like being ripped off. Extortionate prices for very little return. No compromise on with customer service. Just told it is what it is

I would leave zero stars if I could. They are the worst and most expensive gas company ever. They're near impossible to get in contact and when you do they're entirely ignorant and unbelievably rude, they leave your payments pending and take them out on a date that wasn't agreed. Which personally I always find is on a date where money is running low and if there isn't enough in the account you get a phone call saying you haven't paid what and when you agreed to pay even though you did but they left pending. An utter joke of a company. The prices are absolutely extortionate to the point I wear two hoodies and a jumper under in winter rather than switch on my heating for an hour because of the fear of how expensive it will be. As if we all aren't struggling enough! Don't go for Flogas, especially if you have any other options.
