Phoned them today regarding a problem with my spotting scope. Gentleman I spoke to was excellent and very helpful. The needed grub screw is now on its way to me. Excellent service, can't recommend highly enough.

I was given a pair of second-hand Opticron compact binoculars 11 years ago and they are absolutely brilliant. By far the best binoculars that I have ever owned. They there incredibly bright, clear and sharp. They are small enought to slip in to your pocket, but also very powerful. Highly recommended!

World class optics with customer service to match, I use the smaller eye magnifying glasses to look at small coins being a metal detecorist these well made magnifying glasses are ideal and can be taken anywhere.Spot on thank you.

I was given a set of 8 x 25 Imagic BGA Oasis binoculars 6 years ago.They're tiny and everyone laughed at them until they took a look through them.It's a great image for a little pair of binos that can fit in a shirt breast pocket.I managed to damage them and sent them back to Opticron for repair.They were repaired and returned free of charge.So, not only great little binoculars but service to match.Nice to see a company can produce high quality goods and service still.

I have a pair of Opticron Explorer WA 10 x 42 binoculars. They handle very well and have excellent optics. Twice they have developed 'flop syndrome' (where the 2 parts don't hold their position) The repair department have been fast and efficient at sorting the problem and returning the bins to me.I am really happy with the bins themselves, and grateful for the 10 year guarantee which is honoured with such efficiency.Thanks guys!
