Went yesterday to change cruise.our assistant was aron who could not have been more helpful.He made the whole process enjoyable and smooth..also the lady who helped him was so helpful..we are going to canaries next march. Thank you. Susan and mick firth.

Booked the airport lounge at East Midlands airport at the Meadowhall branch the booking was taken by an assistant manager who got it all wrong he even gave the wrong email address to holiday extras resulting in me having to return to the store the next day
