Lovely experience from start to finish to design a beautiful engagement ring for my partner. Beth was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable talking me through different options for the ring. Was great being able to sit down and design something with her expertise. I really enjoyed learning about how the ring and diamonds are sourced/created. Felt really special being so involved in the process and then sharing this with my partner.Beth and Nick were very responsive and helpful throughout and sorted a minor resizing of the ring really swiftly! Would very highly recommend!!

Wonderful redesign of my Mother’s old engagement ring to give me a lovely pendant necklace and earrings. It was extremely emotional to see the finished article for the first time. I also had a pearl necklace restrung to a better length.All in all a great experience and I’m sure my Mum would have been thrilled to see such exquisite pieces.

From our very first visit to HK Jewellery we felt welcomed and looked after.Having discussed about the possibility of repairing my engagement ring, we decided to go for a redesign using the materials and stones from my current ring.Bethanie created a wonderful design for my new ring right in front of us and we were very excited.Regular updates kept us informed on the progress and we were extremely excited to return to see my new ring.It was beautiful and beyond expectation.I would highly recommend them for their attentiveness, attention to detail and expertise.

Thrilled with my new ring which was a present for our 30th wedding anniversary. The service we received was outstanding and it was lovely to be part of the process in designing the ring, which made it so personalised. I chose a silver ring with leaf engravings. Also, my actual wedding ring had become rather tight, but I found out that they were able to enlarge it so that it fits perfectly and looks as good as the day I got married. Highly recommend Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery. Have two beautiful rings that I will treasure forever.

Bethanie designed two beautiful eternity rings for us in celebration of our Silver Wedding Anniversary. We are absolutely delighted with them; they are just what we wanted and exquisitely made. Bethanie also managed to schedule the work so that they were ready for us on the actual day even though it was rather a close call! Our thanks go to Bethanie and all the craftsmen for creating such special rings.
