Can't recommend Tony at Aquasoft any more highly, was extremely knowledgeable during the consultation, evidently calling upon years of experience of working with and installing water softeners. A refreshing change from your typical pushy salesman types! Extremely professional and first class service provided throughout and I'm already starting to see the benefits of having softened water which is a must if you live in a hard water area.

Since having the water softener installed we no longer have to scrub clean surfaces and taps or use harsh chemicals to make them shine, and no de-scaling of the shower heads anymore! Skin and hair is much smoother and softer. The fitters did a great job and completed within a couple of hours and gave us great service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from Tony. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his business and the products/services he offers. We had a Twin-tec Water softener provided and installed by Tony. Fantastic results and you can really feel the difference in the water softness straight away. We had this fitted due to living in a hard water area and after having continued issues with the furring up/limescale of our boilers heat exchange which we have had to replace twice in the last 5 years. I wish we had installed the softener years ago and I would defiantly recommend one to anyone living in a hard water area.

More than happy with the service Tony have provided! He have installed a new water softener and a water filter on my property and was also happy to change my kitchen's tap whilst doing it without charging extra for it. The installation was clean and tidy, he is super knowledgeable of his trade and was able to advise me with the best water softener for my property size, water usage and technological experience. I had a great chat with him on the first survey day about the options I had, pros and cons etc (as I initially had another system in mind). He provided me with a quote and wasn't pushy with sales at all, giving me the time I needed to sit down and think what I really wanted, and also he was very flexible around the installation date, as I got a bit stuck waiting for my kitchen tap to arrive. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 5 Stars!
