Santa's Winter Wonderland

Fantastic place for Christmas...I've visited every year for 15yrsThe snow is great...the show amazing...the animals are spotlessly clean and happy.My favourite time of the year.

We attended the Winter Wonderland with our Grandsons and it was an incredible experience for them. They loved every minute. We can’t recommend this enough for a special winter treat for the family. Well organised and lots to do and see. 5 -star

Winter wonderland experience was lovely, Panto was enthusiastic and well preformed. Animal enclosures and animals all spotless and clean, all healthy looking and calm.Only downside was it wasn't overly clear on timescales for things and the alloted slot in the snow play was extremely short lived. overall nice little day out but wouldn't visit again as my son definitely would have loved more time in the snow than anything else.

Visited last weekend for the Winter Wonderland experience. The kids loved it. The mini panto was a highlight and the heating was on which my younger two welcomed as their hands were a little cold after half an hour on the snow. It was abit of a scramble to get helmets downstairs. Might be better to give those out beforehand or have a queue system as it was very busy and the lighting wasn't great so it was a little disorientating trying to find my family after getting helmets. We would visit again as there was alot to keep the kids entertained.

Great experience for the whole family - our little one loved her first trip to the snow! The experience was magical and really helped get us into the Christmas Spirit. The website FAQ's were helpful - we knew to wrap up warm and wear waterproof shoes/boots. My only feedback is that it may be helpful to let guests know the order of things during their allotted time. Knowing that we would not be able to go backwards would have been helpful as we would have spent our time in the snowy area a bit differently. In any case it was a great day out and we hope to be back again next year!

We took our 3 year old grandson and we all loved it. It was our first time and it was such a wonderful experience. The pantomime was our favourite part of the whole experience. Little Walter really got involved. A lot of effort has gone into making it a magical and fun time for the children. We will be returning.

It was a lovely visit. The only thing I would say is that I would have liked more time for the kids to play in the snow especially with my son who has special needs. It takes him a little longer to warm up to activities. Also some staff could be alot more happier and accommodating towards the visitors and rightly so your working around children. Other than tht it was good

We arrived 30 minutes before as advised on the website but then had to wait 30 minutes before we could enter. 15 minutes before booking time would be a more suitable advisory arrival time. The snow area was lovely and there were plenty of sledges for everyone. 30 minutes in the snow area is not long enough to experience every part. 1 hour would have been better especially considering the price of the tickets. The pantomime show was great and very engaging. The animal area and carousel were also great. We were able to purchase photos and these were then downloadable from a QR code. Overall the experience was good but would not go back again unless the time spent in the snow was extended to 1 hour to reflect the price paid.

Amazing experience at Santa's winter wonderland. My daughter's loved it. We came with some friends who didn't wrap up warm enough so make sure you have your wellies, jackets, hat, gloves etc as it is real snow. There are 3 sections to explore with slides and sledge for the first, theatre for the second and animals in the last one.
