The 8 yard skip for garden soil arrived punctually as promised first thing on Friday and has been subsequently collected with the same punctuality as well on Monday morning as requested. The communication with Mark, the manager, has been top notch. I have even offered as a handy upgrade a drop door skip at no extra cost, very handy for loading by wheelbarrow or by emptying manually full soil bags (my case). Thank you, Mark, again. I highly recommend this skip hire business to everyone interested.

Failed to place the skip on the wood provided, fine whatever, but what really took the biscuit was that the manager, Mark, proceeded to try explain to me that placing the skip directly on the drive was in fact better than placing the skip on soft pieces of wood! This was the second skip I had ordered, whereby the first skip was placed on wood and my drive paving was preserved and unsurprisingly this time, there are scuffs across my drive as a result of direct contact with the skip and my drive. I would have overlooked this but Mark decided to try his luck and take me for a fool. A simple Google search says otherwise to what you tried explaining to me Mark.

WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD.Really POOR service. Not professional at all cost. Don’t give you a straight answer. Can’t work on drive because they don’t collect the skip until they need it to give it to someone else.

Great quick delivery.Unfortunately the same cannot be said for pick up. Twice now we've waited over 8 - 10 days for them to take it away. (Maybe they should warn people that it takes weeks to collect).

Great company with friendly staff. Our skip was delivered and picked up at reasonable times.They're so good, I've just hired another for next weekend!

We have used Simpson skip hire for many years and the service is excellent. We have never been let down or had a collection cancelled. Mark and the teams can do approach is on point and I would and do highly recommend him every time I’m asked if we know of a skip firm. The fleet are outstanding and we have never had a bent broken skip they always look very well maintained which is important for image when it’s placed on someone’s driveway for weeks at a time. Keep doing what your doing guys 10-10 from us.

Really poor service. Waiting for someone to collect the skip for over a week now (what they tell you is that its going to be collected in 3 working days totally lie). Called several times, but they don’t give proper answer or hang up the phone in your face.WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

My company AA4S, based in Bethnal Green set up an account with Simpsons at very short notice only last week. Mark Simpson was very helpful. We required 4 skips to be delivered 24 hours later and then collected a few days later at the end of a student accommodation academic year. I cannot fault the service at all. In particular the two drivers I met had the unenviable task of trying to get in and out of our courtyard through a very tight entrance with only a few centimetres to spare. In the past, we have had our gates mangled by a different company and your guys not only did a great job but are also lovely to work with. Big shout out to Carl. I didn't catch the name of the other guy.

Really poor service, you’ll probably have to wait for 2 weeks to get your skip collected

Excellent service. Delivered early in the morning, placed the skip where I wanted it.When skip was full, I telephoned them first thing the next morning and the skip was collected later that day.
