Rang through on a Saturday evening with an issue of our boiler not heating. Even though timing was not appropriate, Voytek was very kind and precise in guiding me through on a temporary fix until he could come the next day . He arrived as agreed and carried out a full service. Both the problem and each step he was taking in correcting the issue was very clearly explained.Very professional, knowledgeable and clean throughout, I would highly recommend.

Very efficient, organised and knowledgeable. When our ancient boiler broke down on Christmas Eve we struggled to find anyone able to visit before New Year's. Voytek came to our house and tried his best to resurrect our boiler, even giving it mouth-to-mouth at one point (to simulate the pressure switch activating), but to no avail. He discussed all the options with us, including different types of boilers which would be suitable for our house, replying to messages as late at 11pm! The next day he procured our new boiler and spent all day installing it, doing a very neat job to the point of polishing all the copper pipes, and even replaced one of the valves on our unvented tank. Wojciech - Absolutely the best installer I have ever met! The replacement of the old Back boiler system with the new Combi system was carried out perfectly. We had a Vaillant engineer who was very impressed with how aesthetically the work was done. He answered all my questions, great contact, a very nice person, I also needed advice when I was replacing all the pipes and radiators in the old house, he helped me plan everything, it's really hard to find people like him! I can honestly recommend it 100% ! Thank you very much for your fantastic work.

I originally asked Voytec for a service on a 15 year old Alpha boiler back in May. His honest advice was to get it replaced due to 2 x leaks which were not cost effective to repair. I decided to get a quote from Voytec but mainly advice from my neighbour who had a Vailant boiler fitted by him In 2020. Based on my neighbours advice and recommendationsI agreed a schedule for Voytec to carry out the fitting of an new Valiant combi boiler, also due to my workplace having a Vailant for a long period of time. Voytec was very efficient and timely in fitting the boiler and roof flue. For me quality, accuracy and attention to detail is essential when doing a job and Voytec did not disappoint. I will recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation,and look forward to my annual.service with him next year.

Voytek came to fix my ancient boiler within 2 hours of me phoning him. He 'fixed' the boiler, but advised that he didn't know how long it would last. He advised I have a new boiler fitted and after reading reviews I was more than happy to go ahead. He completed within 2.5 days and was punctual, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Fitted a brand new boiler for us and also redone lots of the old pipework. Made a very tidy job of it and and even went above and beyond to sort out a few unexpected problems. Price was good too. So all in allWould highly recommend

Voytek is a reliable Gas Engineer who can be trusted for sure! Recently he installed our brand new Vaillant Gas Boiler and he went the extra mile for us as our air flue was on the roof and hard to replace but he did it perfectly! He re-connects our HIVE wifi controller! He checked everything for us and made sure that everything was spot on as even he checked for us the water pressure valve on the main water pipe!
