Great sports massage. Jamie is confident and skilled. I had a really good massage prior to a long distance race and it definitely helped to iron out the niggles and tight areas that I had been experiencing. I honestly don’t think I could have competed as well as I did or even completed the race without Jamie’s magic hands. Post race massage was excellent too!

I had a massage over the weekend from Jamie, he was at the UK SUP Endurance series in Norfolk. I had a fantastic masage. My knee felt a lot better and less tired the next day. I was marshalling at this event. Thank you Jamie. :-) Will be back, can definetly highly recommend Jamie.
