Our Boiler wouldn't start up so contacted agents to inform the relevant company of the problem and to come round to assess the issue, within an 30 minutes, Wayne from Octoplumb pulled up. New pump fitted and boiler up and running within the hour. Spare Parts in the van. That's how it should be done. No waiting a week for someone to pop out and then wait for the parts then another week for an appointment. Well done Wayne 10 out of 10.

Replaced our boiler in record time following a terminal failure just after Christmas. We can't thank the team enough for getting us warm again, will definitely use them for service in the future.
