Would never use again. Despite approving my proof of tags, they sent out an item with an incorrect t image on it which I had not provided. Unusable for my business, and given that it was only a handful of paper tags (200 tiny ones), I took photos to demonstrate and put them straight into the recycling bin. I contacted requesting they send corrected product, which all other suppliers in the industry have done without hesitancy and with urgent dispatch and deep apologies. This company if REFUSING to either reprint correct or refund me, because I am 'unable to return faulty product, even though they acknowledge the fault. They told me to 'get them out of the bin'. This isn't even an expensive order, it was only £11.28 pre postage! These are custom product labels, which are faulty, which would only end up in their warehouse bin after return. I can't believe they would expect me to 1) keep a faulty product 2) allow a company to pay for the petrol for a courier to collect a tiny recycable faulty paper item. Apparently it is in their 'T&Cs' to retain faulty items... any decent company would not try do sneak this in - why would I think to check for nonsense terms. To add insult to injury, they are being very deceptive and have not answered my calls for over a week. I wish I had read the other 1* reviews before using this company.

Placed 3 orders for swing tags so far and they delivered on their promise 100%. Product and quality exactly as advertised and delivered ahead of promise. Very pleased to have discovered them!

We placed an order for cards and stickers through StickerMarket and both arrived in great time. The help from the beginning of correspondence with them was great and the artwork proofs for approval was speedy too. Will definitely use them again for future printing needs.

It’s incorrectly located. This printing shop is not at 8 St James’ Square. Time wasted.

Business is not located at the address provided, reception has no knowledge of their existence. No one answers the phone when called despite opening hours claiming 8am - 5pm. False advertising at its finest.

I had a lovely experience with StickerMarket. I ordered a pack of 100 Vinyl Stickers and they turned out brilliantly! Very crisp print with a nice light gloss finish. The production time was very fast and received the stickers within a week of confirming the product I wanted! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get stickers made!

We had issues with our first order, and had to make a second order (Sticker Market gave a discounted price) but we finally got the print right.Overall we wish printing guidelines/checks were more clear and helpful, and that service and response could be faster.

A very positive first experience of StickerMarket for me.I ordered custom decals of varying sizes and also needed some advice and guidance as to the best product for my needs. I found the team to be responsive, friendly and professional at all times.My order arrived via DHL and the custom decals have been applied successfully. The logo colours have came out perfectly and the detail is of excellent quality.It's too soon to comment with regards weatherproofing and longevity but at time of writing I would certainly use StickerMarket again in the future.
