Whilst renovating a house we engaged Jotauras to resolve a continuous issue with a boiler circuit tripping . Jotauras was extremely methodical in his approach to identify the problem which resulted in taking the floorboards up to replace a cable from the airing cupboard in a bedroom via landing and second bedroom before dropping the cable through the kitchen ceiling. His workmanship was highly skilful and immaculate that you would never have believed the floor boards had been cut lifted and reinstated. We were so impressed we engaged him again to provide an EiCR certificate albeit we were on a tight schedule and running out of time. Jotauras agreed to commit on his day of rest to help our situation and provided us with the certificate after a thorough review of all electric lights/sockets etc which needed replacing .
