Hello,I have been a long-term user of Mute's subscription service and would like to share my experiences.+Upon joining Mute, they covered my CBT test fee by providing it as a motorcycle usage credit.Upgrading motorcycles is straightforward; you can swiftly trade in the old for the new.Any issues with the motorcycle are resolved promptly.They are proactive in resolving all sorts of issues, even involving their CEO when necessary.They even assist with matters outside the subscription, offering life-related advice.-Absence of a community forum.Dissatisfaction with the finance team's operations.Inefficiencies in document and penalty (parking etc.) tracking.Communication is solely via WhatsApp.Written and signed agreements are missing, leading to loss of information.Lack of a mobile application.While Mute earns praise for their valuable motorcycle projects, they can certainly enhance their service quality by reinforcing their corporate structure and processes. It's baffling to me that, given the expertise of the management team, they haven't transitioned from a personal to a more reliable corporate communication, or guided their company in that direction. Although I admire their ideas and projects, there were unfortunately many shortcomings in my experience.

Mute is the good vehicle useful for the transportation and is budget friendly as well I am so happy with the vehicle and yes the service of mute is excellent there was a good help given by Mr.Harry I was so satisfied with the speed and the vehicle thank you mute company and team for helping me in each and every way.

Spent the weekend on the back of a MUTE... no other way to get around London. Fun, best value, and by far, more eco friendly than other means of transport. Highly recommend calling by their shop.

Superb service from the MUTE team. They are not just friendly and helpful, but also great about what they do. They take the time to explain the service, make sure you get all of their included benefits from it and then let you test your scooter when you get it. In my case, I even got it the very next day (with L plates installed and everything). An amazing option for going around London in an eco-friendly way (and fun, of course).

I was lucky enough to get onboard early with these guys, my cousin was in town from abroad for a month and wanted a scooter to get around, and I thought I'd join him...after failing to find a reasonable or available scooter hire, I saw a MUTE branded moped ride past me and I have never looked back!MUTE offer the best, all-inclusive way of getting on two wheels, let alone transitioning to electric. Fixed monthly fee that includes bike, insurance, lock, helmet etc. and cancel anytime, plus brilliant customer service and support.After a couple of months riding electric, I was completely sold and thought i'd buy my own...but the insurance was almost as much as the MUTE subscription fee so I've kept it and absolutely love it - I've done about 1500 miles on my moped, traversing across London and I don't even use it to commute! People in the street give the e-mopeds a lot of love too.Highly recommended - if you are interested but not 100% sure, just take one for a month and see.

It’s easy to gush about the service that Mute offers - it's new, unique, and excellent - lease set up was easy and fast, the monthly price is low and the bikes are great, quite and have never let us down.But it goes deeper than that, living on the edges of central London the freedom it affords us is priceless. It has changed the way we travel around the city for the better.We now laugh at tube and train delays, inflated taxi prices and have done away with our (petrol) car and now use green clean power to get around the city, for work and play ... one less car on the clogged city streets & no more sitting in traffic… A significant victory for us and, we believe, a considerable win for the city.

The mechanic Herin was incredibly efficient and worked quickly to get the job done as soon as I just called once without sacrificing quality. They went above and beyond to ensure that I get my bike fix as soon as possible and even gave me some tips on how to maintain it in the future.

They offer a very complete service and at a good price you have at your disposal transportation with everything you may need if you have any problem they are very close to helping you solve and that is something that until now I had not experienced, they make it easy for you to use the service motorcycle renting. amazing company
