Rob, Dave and the team have done a fantastic job building our single storey rear extension. The team are friendly, come on time and clear up at the end of the day. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend BD Builders and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

BD Builders recently completed a downstairs kitchen extension at our property. All staff were friendly, polite and professional. Dave led the build discussing each stage with us first and coordinating all the relevant trades so the build ran smoothly. All work was completed to a high standard and the staff always left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. We would like to especially thank Dave, Rob, Ciaran, Scott and Connor. We were very pleased with the finish of our kitchen extension and would definitely recommend BD Builders to our family and friends.

We recently worked with BD Builders on our large extension to our house (2 storey to side, single storey across the back plus garage) and can honestly say they have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Professional, open and honest communication at all times, giving us their expert advice and guidance at every step of the project. Having a young family it was important for us to feel comfortable with the builders we chose, each member of the BD team would go above and beyond to work around our daily routines and felt like family by the end of the build.We did a lot of research in choosing our builders, consulting friends and various building companies for quotes but BD Builders was the most transparent and competitive.Rob and Dave (BD Builders) came to meet us to discuss the project and gave us a no obligation quote and offered to show us a project they were finishing on another extension. The owners of the houses they were working on were so helpful in explaining what work they had done and gave BD Builders a glowing report.From the start we discussed payment plans depending on works and at no point was there any requests for funds without works already been completed and signed off by both us and Rob and Dave. Rob was our main point of contact, coordinating with us on what was happening, when and what decisions we needed to make next to keep the build moving along and on time – Rob and Dave also project managed and liaised with all their various subcontractors on our behalf.Their quality of work is outstanding, down to the smallest of detail and every member of the BD Builders team and their subcontractors are trained experts in their field. Always friendly, polite and helpful, never late and always cleaned up after themselves every day, we cannot thank them enough, It’s been an absolute pleasure building our dream home with BD Builders.

BD are the best. They recently finished a big 2 storey extension for us. The quality is amazing, they were fast, clean, had answers to every question we had and gave great advice. Every single person they bought on site was friendly and hard working (and very patient with small children and our dog!) They kept us updated on everything and we cannot thank them enough. It was a massive relief knowing that they were project managing everything and everyone and they did it really well. Extremely happy with the extension! We have been very lucky to have such a great team who are knowledgable and trustworthy with all the aspect of the build. We could leave them alone to lock up whilst carrying on with our own day to day routine. Rob and Dave are both friendly, approachable and helpful. The contractors BD uses are all very professional - especially for the electrics and plumbing. All waste was taken away and the building site was always kept tidied where possible. Neighbours have been impressed with their work. We are very much enjoying our new space as a family and grateful for BD to complete our home.

So glad we waited for Rob, Dave and their team at BD to do our remodelling and building work at The Old Cottage. Such professional, friendly, honest and hardworking guys who work through issues that arise when working on a property 400 years old. We used BD at our previous house in Leamington 5 years ago.Great company and thoroughly recommend them.
