I got an MG4 Long Range. The online reviews of the car sell it so these comments are purely about the buying experience, which in my case, was my interaction with the sales person, Irina.She informative, no hard sell, and during spare time (waiting for things to print etc) she was an interesting and friendly to chat with.I was delighted that they had a car in stock and I could take delivery within a few days. The car is fab.I'm not sure how it could have been done better.

Had an amazing experience at WLMG today where Sean Bicknell took me for a test drive of an MG4. He was very knowledgeable on the car and was very helpful with providing the information that I requested. I was originally unsure of the car but thought I’d give it a go but all of my worries were gone once we started driving. For a sales rep that is relatively new to the role, he’s service was outstanding.

Brand new car was sent out of showroom with incorrect tyre pressures. I was repeatedly assured they were fine and to ignore the car warnings but turns out all tyres were low. I’m still waiting for them to respond to a query. Looks like after the deal is done customer service isn’t a priority. V disappointed.

My husband and I got in touch with WLMG as we were interested in the Suzuki Vitara. Irina was super efficient and arranged a test drive the very next day. She and her manager Neil were extremely helpful, talking us through the features of the various models, plus their pros and cons. An all-round excellent service. Highly recommended.

Have had our MG for a couple of months now, the cars great but the customer service is out of this world. Not being too tech savvy we had forgotten or just couldn’t figure out some of the technology that was explained at pick up, one call to Sean and he’s happy to run us through what ever we need.
