Go European have been amazing from start to finish. Buying our first motorhome was a big learning curve, there was a lot to consider, we must have visited the dealership 10 times before deciding on the one we would buy! All of the staff were super friendly, always helpful and on hand to answer our questions no matter how simple they might be, and they made the process really enjoyable. The handover was professional and covered absolutely everything we could think of. We had a few snagging issues with the motorhome after a couple of months, and contacted the service centre who arranged for our concerns to be looked at. Dan Conlan was our point of contact, and we couldn't be happier with the service we got from him. He was quick to reply to our emails, and always made sure to call us when he promised with an update, this really put our minds at ease, he explained everything to us thoroughly and was a real pleasure to deal with. You never really know whether you're dealing with decent company until you have a problem, but let me assure you that from start to finish you will be looked after at Go European and we wouldn't hesitate recommending them or buying from them again in the future. My wife and I were really impressed with the customer friendly attitude of the team at GoEuropean from the moment we first visited the showroom.Having purchased a used Autosleeper motorhome from them we quickly noticed an issue with the cruise control in the Peugeot cab. This needed to be looked at by a Peugeot dealership. It was initially stressful when the dealership advised us that it would not be covered under the Peugeot warranty.The stress was quickly resolved when GoEuropean responded immediately to my call for help, by paying the bill to get it fixed without delay.First class, confidence building service. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Have been a customer for 8+ years. Always excellent service. Carthago through GO European supplied me with a faulty habitation door gas strut. When fitted it was found to be seized causing the door frame bracket to become loose. Reported it back to GO who replaced the strut. 12 months later the door frame bracket sheared off. The complete door frame was replaced involving many hours labour at no cost to me also all my travelling expenses and campsite fees were paid.5 star plus. Certainly a friendly family buisness that you can trust.

I have found GoEuropean to be the best and most responsive dealer we have ever dealt with. We’ve had our van now for 2 years and the support we’ve had is exemplary. The sales guy Dan is very knowledgeable and can answer every question you might have. After sales dealing with Lewis is a pleasure. Like most people we live a fair distance from Cannock (120 miles) so when we need work doing it’s helpful if we can arrange it to coincide with already arranged trips. Lewis has been most accommodating in this regard and I have on several occasions been fortunate enough that Russ or Wayne have been immediately put on our job. The whole team are very professional and helpful and we have been very impressed with the service we’ve had throughout our warranty period.

Have had great service from Go European. Our van was delivered during the pandemic and they drove it to our door during lockdown. Great service. There have been a few issues to sort out but they have always been sorted to our satisfaction. Jordan Whittingham has always been great. Keeping us informed and generally giving professional service. The company has been faultless as far as we are concerned.

Since buying our Liner for Two from Go European (GE) 18 months ago we have have received excellent support and service. I would like to draw particular attention to the diligent service given by Jordon Evans (no relation) in the way that he communicates and makes every effort to solve problem or respond to queries. The GE staff have become like friends to my wife and I.

Great Company to deal with right from the Owner down to the young lady who makes the Coffee!!Looked after by Dan, Clare and Wayne on the Sales/help front and then afterwards by the Service team Lewis, Jordan (Big), and the all the Mechanics (and Paul!!).Have had our vehicle (2 years old when purchased) for over 12 months now and all warranty issues were dealt with promptly and professionaly.Would have no hesitation in using again!!!

Dealing with Go European has been a very pleasurable experience. Have just collected our new to us Carthago and nothing was too much trouble. Dan and the team there are extremely knowledgeable and the whole atmosphere of the dealership is informal and welcoming. Large enough to have a good choice but small enough for really personal service. We have used larger motorhome dealers in the past and have always craved better service and are really pleased that we have found Go European.Update, 27th September 2022. We are still delighted with our motorhome. We did have cause to contact Go European during our holiday and when we got home due to an error of judgement on our part when manoeuvring on a French Aire where we damaged our battery box. Jordan Evans from the service team has been extremely helpful in getting this matter sorted for us and has always contacted us when promised. We still have real confidence in Go European moving forward, unlike other experiences we have had!
