Wonderful staff on the other end of the line who was so informative about what I needed to do to get married. So patient, full of information and had all the answers!

We were married at Kingston Register Office in February and then went on to have our Reception in the Queen Anne Suite.We cannot praise everyone enough at the Guildhall from the Register Office Team through to Monika and her staff who looked after us so well both before, during and after our lovely wedding day.Nothing was too much trouble and everything was accomplished with the minimum of fuss, lots of laughter yet so professionally.We wanted an informal, relaxed celebration with close family and friends and it was perfect. Everything that could be done was done to make our day exactly as we had planned and hoped for. So many of our guests commented on what a beautiful day it had been.Thank you to everyone concerned at the Guildhall.Cyd and Richard Slade 09/03/2017

Efficient registration of birth. Saw me at time of appointment. £4 per additional copy of birth certificate.

Reception staff were nice but we were allocated to an incredibly rude staff member to register with. She seemed angry and ‘put out’ explaining in a rude manner that they were ‘short staffed’ and that we shouldn’t be there as we had a homebirth - even though we were told to go there. She was uninterested and made what should be an exciting experience miserable. We left feeling deflated!!!!

Absolutely waste register office, specially for citizenship Ceremony. No contact number and they just do not give information keep saying it does not work like that , rubbish services better go to any otherregister office avoid this if you want peace in your life.

Both the reception staff and the person we dealt with were really helpful and friendly
