Eloise dealt with the sale of my car which all went through smoothly, she even drove me to and from the train station. I found her friendly and easy to deal with during the sale process. I have however not been too happy with the after sales care. There was an issue with the in car phone which was noticed in my first car journey and I emailed her the same day of buying the car to inform her of this and to also chase up the car’s service documents. Disappontingly I did not get a response so had to chase this up via telephone a couple of days later to speak to the manager.

I got my car today from MG Richmond in Guildford and I am really happy with the service Eloise has provided from the start till date keeping me updated through emails and phone . She was professional ,helpful and always smiling . I would highly recommend her with the service I have got .My mom dad and myself really like the place too as it’s nice clean and huge. Even the staff are attentive and making sure we are not left waiting and offering hot drinks . Thank you Eloise mg Guildford.

I have recently got a new car from MG Richmond in Guildford. I went to a few garages previously before making up my mind. Marius Mockus offered the best service to me by far. He listened to what I required, he then gave me some options based on this. He offered his opinion without being forceful. Amazing service from Marius. Highly recommend this garage from the experience he gave me.

Service was definitely 5*The car had a small issue which appeared after I bought it, however this was sorted via the service team who were friendly and clearly very hardworking.I would recommend Richmond MG Guildford

My car is only 1 year old (72 car plate). It was sent to MG Guildford for over 2 weeks. No any approval of repair plan was done. The car is not start to be repaired for over 2 weeks.A courtesy car should be offered to me. However I waited for 2 weeks and get nothing.Don’t buy any car from here. The after sales service is suck. The 7 years warranty is useless. Very disappointed experience here.
