Having called customer services for the last week to no avail, I am left feeling frustrated and annoyed.Paid for goods. Not received. Contacted customer services. Accused me of lying, saying products have been delivered. Very unhelpful staff answering the phones.Sent them CCTV of what has been received. Brooms missing from order which are 1.5m in length. None of the parcels received were anywhere near this size.Order date 14-Jul paid £25.99 for delivery which arrived 29-Jul (over 2 weeks) and still not received brooms I have paid for (5-Aug)Will be contacting trading standards with all evidence.
