We were lucky to stumble accross the Infiniti in Reading when shopping around for a new car as it ended up being exactly what we were after and we couldn't be happier. The service provided by Brian was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful, and made the process so simple, straightforward and easy for us. We absolutely love our new car, it ticked all the boxes and is a real treat to have. Lots of envious friends and family which never hurts and it really is a premium luxurious brand. We feel that we got exceptionally great value by having such a smooth and luxurious car with many included useful gadgets and a great service all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Brian and this brand.

I want to make it very clear I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership but I think there is a lot they can learn from the way they dealt with my enquiry. First of all I want to make it very clear that my initial enquiry was dealt with fantastically well. I texted the number on Autotrader at 11pm at night on a Friday about a Range Rover Evoque listed on Auto Trader at the Infinity Dealership in Reading. To my surprise I received a response.I was told I would receive a call the next day at a certain time to which I did. I spoke to Sammy who was polite and attentive took my details and came back to let me know there was not much movement on the price but the car was in good condition and the usual. The car was priced just under 24k so is a big purchase no matter what way you look at it. I told Sam I would speak to the Mrs and get back to him. I was told there were other people interested. Old school sales tactics but I have heard it all before. He was polite enough so it didn't bother me.Then today Monday 28th May I get 2 missed calls. I called back and spoke to Sammy, Sammy said he wanted me to speak to his manager John. No idea why, I assumed it was because he wanted to know if I was still interested.John asked if I was interested in the car to which I responded that I was but the Mrs really likes the Tesla Model 3 so we were discussing. John told me that 3 other customers are interested in the Range and they are working on deals with them. I straight up asked what the best deal they could do was. Far as I'm concerned it was a genuine question. If the deal was enticing I was prepared to purchase.John's response was With the greatest respect he was not going to get into it" get into what exactly? Not giving an interested client the best price for a car? Instead John is the typical old school sales guy who wanted to exert pressure sales tactics over the phone. There are so many people interested that I can't waste my time with you type rubbish. You guys called and chased me.Thing is

They had an exceptionally rare car for sale. Much research and market statistics proved it was priced £10,000 over market value. So even though another dealership in the group had arranged for a test drive from my home, I turned it down as I wouldn't be buying it at such an unrealistic price. When the dealership finally brought it down to nearer the correct market value I visited to test drive it, but then found I couldn't due to their staffing policy. I live 185 miles away so wasn't prepared to come back again, so it was agreed they'd bring the car to me, but couldn't do it for a week. A deposit as a sign of commitment was discussed but deemed not necessary as my commitment was clear. I'd spent 6 long months trying to find the right car so was very eager for the week to pass quickly. Then on the Saturday prior to the Monday arrival I got a call to say they'd sold it! I couldn't believe it. I'd fallen for the Infiniti brand, introducing those all around me to this luxury mark and spent much time and money to get to this point. I've got to seriously ask myself would I have been better of having never heard of it?

We were initially very pleased with the service. However, since buying the car we have had to chase for call-backs. We bought the car at the end of November 2017 and are still waiting for the service book to be sent to us.

Excellent service from Brian who is without a doubt the nicest, most honest and genuine salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The lady who mans the front desk is equally as pleasent. Very happy with the service here.

I bought an infinity car ... Good car overall. Suddenly I have a problem with the car (under warranty). I got a call saying from infinity saying they didn't fill the warranty properly ( nothing to do with me), they asked me to send them photos of those papers which I did but every time there is a problem. It seems they are doing everything to not repair (and respecting) the warranty. Poor customer service !!!!

Only fair to update this review - 2 stars up from 1 (would have given 2.5 if an option): Service did improve slightly - when I finally got through to the new Service Desk manager, he was keen to help but, unfortunately, even though the car finally got booked in for collection for its service, by midday on day of collection no one had turned up. On calling it appears as though there are two systems in use at the centre and one for the driver allocation isn't linked to that used by service desk. An obvious failing. They did collect the car that day still, and as an apology provided a full valet, though I cant say I noticed the difference over any standard car clean, and nor can I notice any improvement to the rattling electric roof blind (which it has done so since day one) and was looked at and adjusted under warranty this visit. However, I've put up with it for a year and frankly cannot be bothered with the hassle of having them look at it again...Lets hope the next (and final for me on this lease vehicle) service is a much better experience...Previous post: So far a very lacklustre performance. My car was delivered by Infiniti Newcastle so any interaction thus far minimal. Now need to book first service, calling closest centre, Reading on Thursday. No one available so took details to call me back. Still waiting for the call. I decided to submit a web contact form on Thursday evening in case the reception took my number incorrectly, but come Saturday morning still no response. Therefore can only give one star. Will update review when and if service and performance improves.

Avoid! Terrible customer service. Purchased used (their ex-fleet) Q50 in March 2017. There were few small damages that a sales manager promised to repair at no cost for me. Their bodyshop was busy at that time so he offered to come back later. Few months later when I returned they first claimed there were no damages, then (when I presented emails) they said it was too much time since then. At the end they agreed to fix it, but it took me a lot of timed nerves to get there. Also, at the time of purchase I was said I have two years warranty from Infinity. Just gave them a call to extend it and was told that there is nothing they can do for me now as it comes strictly from the date of first registration (7th Dec), not purchase date! So the sales guy lied to me (he probably was just too fond of having a fast and easy sell as I did not trade in my previous car and paid in full and in cash). Needless to say that my car is in perfect condition and has very low mileage (28K).Completely inadequate customer service for a brand aiming to be a premium brand.

Only my car has visited for a service, car was picked up from a Poole Dorset and returned the next day. I was kept informed throughout.Excellent service and totally overlooked brand. Much better and more exclusive than my previous Cayenne.
