Had a very rude encounter with this taxi company who act as a gang against your defenceless self, there inability to drive is astonishing. I was just finishing my job next to the taxi rank, loading up my van when I was hulled abuse, despite enough room for 5 taxis Infront. I hope they don't have this attitude with customers.

since merging with mp taxis this company has become the best taxi company in yeovil and surrounding areas (imo) your drivers are polite, helpful, friendly and selfless. today your driver near enough frose himself because i don't like sitting in the front and i was hot so without skipping a beat he rammed up the a/c, which to be honest made me smile you don't see good old fashioned customer service much these days. also your cars are clean and always smell lovely. i will be using you a lot more in the future you do cost an extra £2 compared to other companies but it's worth it :).

Really impressed with this taxi company - called us back within 5-10 minutes and were with us really quickly. The driver was very friendly and polite. We were also surprised at how reasonably priced the fare was! Would definitely recommend.

NEVER use Yeoline again! Told the taxi man how I didn’t feel safe walking home anymore as a friend was attacked walking alone the other night and he said ‘she’d of enjoyed getting raped’. And then kept smiling and giggling. How disgusting!! I rang and tried to speak to someone about it and they didn’t seem at all bit interested that one of their drivers could be so disgusting. Never use them againThe manager responded below asking me to contact him as they take alagations like that very seriously.. I’ve rang the mobile number he sent twice and my partner has also rang and left a voicemail for a call back but no one has responded at all.

The taxi driver was rude and tried to charge us more because we were drunk" I dropped my phone in the car and i was searching for it but he got impatient and drove off

Excellent Customer care!I had the misfortune to write a negative review recently against Yeo line after being what I believed to be overcharged for my recent Taxi Journeys.The owner Michael reached out to me in the reply and we discussed the matter over the phone. I was educated to the meter rules as set out by the Somerset council and much to Michaels disgust learned I was wrongly overcharged by one of the Drivers. Michael made it clear he wasn't happy about it and will do all he can to identify and reprimand the driver involved.Michael was very apologetic, and has offered me a refund of the difference. That's why I've bumped up the stars and will be giving Yeo line another opportunity in the future. If you have any problems just call them direct and they'll go out of their way to help you.Excellent Customer care! Thank you :)

Thank you for the fantastic service we have always received from all of your drivers.Special shout out to Andrew who picked us up from Gatwick Airport in the early hours of Saturday morning... We ordered the taxi to take me and my partner from The Haselbury Mill to Crewkerne @12.15am on 30.7.18, it is a journey of 1.6miles (google maps) and takes 5 minutes. The lady driver forgot" (in her words) to put the meter on

Did not turn up after confirming the booking in the morning. The Yeo-Line employee was very rude when I telephoned to find out why the taxi had not arrived. I will never use this service in the future and suggest others do the same. Confirming the booking is not a guarantee that they will honour a booking.Gordon Clamp
