Yorkshire Pet Crematorium

Thank you Judith for being so lovely. We wanted to make sure Riley’s very last journey would be dignified and carried out by someone who understood how much your pet means to you and how important to know your baby will be looked after with the utmost dignity. This is absolutely what Judith does. We could not have been more at ease as soon as we met Judith. We met her beautiful, gentle dog Sienna the white German Shepard on arrival with a lovely welcome. The next day we arrived to bring Riley home we were met this time with another of Judith’s wonderful dogs, little Wendy the friendly slightly bonkers border terrier. Could not have asked for a more fitting send off for our special boy.

I’m so glad I read the reviews for this place and went with my instinct to choose them because Judith is the perfect person for the job. She’s kind, compassionate, warm and understanding. I felt safe leaving my wee one with her, knowing his body was reaching its final form on this Earth with her love, surrounded by the Yorkshire countryside and farmland. Her love for animals and all living things shines from her. She managed to get me a fur clipping and a paw print even though my gerbil was so wee and he was ready to collect within 24 hours. I can’t truly express how grateful I am for Judith and how much her service has aided the healing part of my grieving process even though it’s still a new loss. She’s wonderful and I can’t recommend her enough. Grief is awful but Judith and her work is incredibly healing.(As a side note - I wasn’t sure how to include this in the main text - the service is incredibly reasonably priced which is a huge relief in the current cost of living crisis. The relief of knowing that I could give my boy dignity past the existence of his heartbeat and not have to worry about picking between him or bills can’t be understated.)

Judith was absolutely amazing when we fetched our cat Phe to be cremated January 2022. She was kind, thoughtful and let us stay as long as we needed. Compared to most cremation services who charge an arm & leg Judith doesn’t. We will be coming back here when the time comes for our other pets. I would recommend to others who have lost their companions to come here.

Loved the service the price and the general assistance. Lost a beloved pet and within a few hours he was happily loved by them and returned within 24 hours. A very easy and dedicated service that I can't fault. They assisted me all the way and made everything so easy. They were sincere and as loving as we were. Chose a gorgeous box to store the babies ashes and got a lovely handwritten note and some unexpected pet hair from the baby included, that was so generous. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience and wouldn't hesitate to use again thank you thank you thank you

I would recommend Yorkshire Pet Crematorium to anyone who has suffered the loss of their pet. Judith is unbelievably caring and compassionate. She has such a great attention to detail and just organised everything. She really went above and beyond and all the time maintained a really personal and heartfelt service. She was also able to return the ashes to us really quickly, which meant a lot to us. It's a situation no one wants to be in, but knowing Judith was taking care of our beloved pet just made things that little bit easier. We can't thank her enough.

Judith is an amazing women , and made something so hard a little bit easier , shes so understanding and caring. It gave me peace and comfort to leave my very much loved baby there knowing he was still going to be treated amazingly even though he had passed away. You can honestly tell she cares.
