Had the pleasure of finding this place today whilst trying to fix my wife’s watch.I initially saw Timpsons and tried in there but was told they couldn’t fix the strap and told to go and ask the watch’s owner what they’d like to do as they “didn’t have any metal straps in the shop”.As I left I saw the sign for Harts and thought I’d get a second opinion. 10 minutes later the watch was fixed and the cost was a fraction of what I expected. Can’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be back.

I called on a Monday to see if they’d be able to replace the battery in my Omega Seamaster. They said it would be no problem so I popped in the next day and it was done in 5 minutes and only cost £5. A first rate service from a family-run business. Really nice to see. Fully recommend.

Popped in for a new watch battery and a seal replacement. Took about 5 minutes and cost me less than I've been charged by other jewelers in Wetherby.
