I could not recommend Graeme highly enough. Whether coming to the office to deal with an issue face to face or using the remote log in, every problem or issue I had, Graeme was able to fix quickly and the problem has not re-appeared. He always responds to requests for help quickly and works very efficiently when fixing an issue or providing guidance.
