Local Emergency Plumber

John is fantastic. We have used him twice now for our boiler repairs. He has been so reliable and when in an emergency he responds within the hour. Such a professional, very polite and well educated in the sector. Thanks from Alex and Abi.

Called at 9:11am for emergency job, told me he had to pick something up from Crawley but that he would be with us within the hour. Arrived at 11am stating that as it was an emergency job his call-out charge is £245 including the first hour, a bit on the expensive side but fair enough as only a small bit of work. Went to get parts from nearby and didn't return for an hour blaming roadworks up the road. Very apologetic when returned at said that he wouldn't be charging me for the second plumber he had with him (?!) even though this was never discussed or agreed from the outset. Fixed the issue over the next 45 minutes but then charged me for 2 hours plus parts at a cost of almost £500. To be fair, he did a decent enough job but certainly didn't feel like value for money. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

Called in an emergency at 8pm. John came out within an hour, worked out what the issue was, fixed it and recommended a number of solutions.Smashing bloke, trustworthy and clearly competent.Highly recommend and will be using again.

Brilliant, professional, reasonably priced emergency plumbing service! John and Jordan arrived within an hour of being called due to a leak in our toilet outlet pipe. The were very knowledgeable and polite, quickly resolving the issue. Will definitely use again!

We recently moved into our new (old!) house and John and Jordon have been invaluable in helping solve problems with our heating and plumbing. They've got the underfloor heating working, the gas central heating working and fixed problems with our water pressure, shower and toilet in our upstairs bathroom. They were also able to inspect the drains before we moved in giving us reassurance about buying it!
