Actually I like this place. I contacted the property to find a flat for me. They were really friendly and helped me find a place close to Sanford University. The facilities around the flat are not bad and I am willing to extend my tenancy for next semester.

Very bad agency , they take too long to respond for any issue , absolutely you’re going to loose your deposit i have 3 friends who lived in there properties and all of them lost there diposit.I don’t recommend any one to live with sun bright properties.

I have been living in their student accommodation for 2 weeks so far and any problems I had have been sorted out within few days so it's a good place so far. Fahed has been utmost helpful with any enquiries I had so can't do anything but leave a positive review :)

Horrible management, if you choose to stay with them, then good luck dealing with Fahed who doesn't care at all about any issue you will have. Plus, watch out for the deposit claim, as soon as you will leave the flat in a spotless condition, Fahed will claim the whole of your deposit making up some things and using as proof pictures of other flats/conditions, a real FRAUD! If you don't want to lose your deposit, I highly suggest to hold the rent back, also avoid to pay in advance as you won't see the money anymore.Chinese reviews about this business are fake as it is run by them, watch out.

Their organisational skills and customer service needs unproving massively. I had a viewing arranged for today at 1pm In Manchester (45minutes drive away from my home in bolton)At 12:55 I receive a call to cancel the viewing as I'm sat in the car park waiting. The representative then advised me the property has been let in the morning... So could I not have been informed of this hours before to save me a nearly 2 hour round trip? When I asked to speak to the manager to complain all they had to say was sorry". Personally I think this is really unprofessional and disorganised and a massive waste of my time."

Have dealt with these agents for a long time and have never come across a company who are professional yet friendly and have always kept their tenants first in every way. They treat you like family. Definitely they deserve a 5 star rating

I am currently a tenant with this agency, I can state that they don't care about maintenance at all. Since I moved in, I have been writing them emails on a weekly basis about many major issues within the flat such as water leaks and sewage smell. Been living with these issues since I moved in, they are aware of it and do not care, making up excuses and telling lies is their job! If you are looking to rent a property I highly advise you not to rent with them.Also, I forgot to mention that the manager is not capable of understanding basic issues and you will find out that most of the time he is on holiday"

Students (and everyone else) beware before even considering renting with Sun Bright property. (rented on broad street). (Trying to scam me to pay for a new mattress and a new desk!)The room I received was already in not a very good condition. Large leak stains on the ceilings, filthy skirting in the bathroom, mirror light not working, the list goes on.During my three months stay at this room, I have had only but trouble. The hob constantly refuses to turn on weekly after the cleaners clean it, the ceiling leaked on me through the main electrics which was a huge dangerous hazard, I had to stay in the dark for a night. The freezer was down for two weeks, and was eventually replaced. The heating was not functioning for at least 1 week.On the first day of my arrival, they charged me £60 for forgetting my room key inside my room (as the rooms lock when exiting). Later on in September, they did a cleanup of all the kitchens, they threw all my food away without permission (even though I had labelled it, and cleaned out all my kitchen cupboards).They're trying to take all my deposit plus £290 ! as they claim I've 'scratched' their desk and 'stained' their mattress, both which were in this condition when I arrived. The mattress had a huge stain when I viewed the property. Here is the email I received. (and I admit the chips on the wall are my fault and will happily pay for that).I'd highly advise to avoid renting here, and If you're take photos of every corner of your room the day you arrive because they'll try to make money from you, and accuse you of doing things you haven't done.Dear Mr Bunni,After doing the checkout for room 19 Sun House (please see attached document), comparing the check in inventory to the checkout inventory, we have found the following issues:- Room 19 kitchen cupboard had been cleared out but still needed cleaning as it was greasy from the inside. Cost £20- There was dust and dirt present under the bed and behind the wardrobe. This needed hoovering and dusting. There was general dust around the room, around the sockets and bedframe. As well as dust around the floor and skirting boards. Cost £40- The shower screen in the en-suite as well as the shower tray, sink and tap were dirty and dusty. These en-suite items needed cleaning. Cost £30- The desk has deep scratches and holes in the surface. The damaged desk needs replacing as the veneer is damaged. Cost £150- There are stains around the sink where excessive water has splashed onto the wall. There is also a long mark on the wall by the mirror in the en-suite. There is also a mark by the bed frame. These walls need painting. Cost £160- There is a large chip in the wall by the main door. This needs filling and re-painting. Cost £50- The mattress has a large brown stain on it and it needs replacing as it is no longer in an acceptable condition. £200The total costs for the above works and to bring back the property to its typical condition is £650

Visited my friends at the apartment block managed by sunbright properties was disgusted to see multiple rats by the bins looking for food, my friend reported this to the agency, I went to visit my friend 2 weeks later and the unwelcome guests were still running through the carpark and bins. Manageing agents are clearly willing to let tenants endure this.

I've lived in Albert Mill building for 2 years and I was very happy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They provide very good service during the time I lived there.Edwin even came on a bank holiday on his day off to fix my door.Definitely they deserve a 5 star rating. ❤️
