Most of the Covid secure measures here have now been removed, although checkout screens remain.The store is well stocked and neatly organised. The staff are polite and helpful.The range, quality and affordability of the goods is impressive.The soft furnishings, cookware and ornaments are both tasteful and contemporary.There is a cafe here.The store is on two levels. There is a spacious elevator for those who need it.There is free car parking for customers.

My wife and I have waited in all day for some blinds to be fitted then at one o'clock we got a call to say that the fitter was running late but now we have been told he is not coming and have to wait over another week for them to be fitted so we will never buy anything else from them again that needs fitting.

Great shop and cafe, lots of variety in house, click n collect and delivery available from this store. Helpful staff good layout. Easy to navigate round. Toilets always clean and decent size. Lift and stairs to upper level.

Absolutely swear by this place for rugs , curtains, cushions, and bedding. Staff were a little thin on the ground, but it was after 6 pm when we visited.

Just another out of town chain, nothing special, strange barriers at the top of the stairs, dangerous. Easy to trip over. Needs Heath and Safety to advise them.

The store itself is great, with plenty of choice and helpful staff.....the problem is the access road in and out and the parking...at peak times the bottle neck to the close by fast food chain at the entrance of the park, means you can be waiting to get in, and as for finding a close by empty parking space then good luck. Off peak not a problem and a nice little industrial estate to visit with a few well know businesses.I know the problem with parking isn't a reflection of this store its not their fault, but it does impact on the whole shopping experience and many a time at peak queues I have turned around and gone to a different retail park.Thank you

Yup! I like Dunelm, especially the Pausa cafe. Just in there having a brew and a look around at the Christmas goodies. Saw a ball of Aran wool that looked good but there was only one. Now out of stock, everywhere. Must be popular. I can imagine by the time I get one knit there will be several thousand people walking around wearing Aran knit sweaters that look like porridge! Way to go!
