Phoned and got toothache appointment, led to excellent treatment by Caroline, I must say my experience was first class, I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone.Thanks again

Been going to this dental practice for many years. Lovely staff, very helpful and I'm able to get appointments easily. After a bad experience with my wisdom teeth, I was able to get an emergency appointment quickly and was put out of my misery.

After being here for 35 years since a child never had problems always PAID my money, called all the way through 2 lockdowns to be told why you phoning your calling in the middle of a pandemic so more less 2 years trying to get appointment... finally in August was told I was took of the records again no notice or warning.. then to be told call next month new dentist starting for 3 months running only to find out today that is nonsense. Do yourself a favour DO NOT GO !!!!! Unhelpful and unprofessional

I tryed to book an appointment they told me to ring back in 3 months they (might) have new dentist apparently my dentist left lol though I've never had the same dentist twice in there except when I was a kid but then it was an excellent practice and had polite receptionists now they have neither!

My wife and I have been treated at this dentist for over 20 years and we have always paid for our treatment without delay. I only visit the dentist when I require treatment as I don't particurlary enjoy dental visits which I believe is the criteria now for striking both of us off their register. When I rang this week to make an appointment to replace a large filling that fell out and I told the receptionist I had a family wedding to attend at the week end, without apologies nor even point me in the right direction as to where I could seek treatment, she said you are no longer registered with us there is nothing we can do you haven't been here for 4 years albeit 1and a half years they were not open due to Covid but that was not taken into account. It beggars belief the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy that was shown to me.

Got filling put in not even week ago an paid for it an fell out already can't get it replaced. Have 2 phone 9 in morning see if I can be taking. There a joke no appointments till march

Awful place, have been trying to get my daughter an appointment since the pandemic 3 years ago, made 2 appointments and they cancelled both off them on me over the past 2 years, then after this any time I tried to make an appointment for my daughter they kept telling me they had no appointments and to keep trying in a few months time, then eventually to find out that they no longer have my daughter on their register because she's never had an appointment with them even though that was entirely their fault for cancelling any appointment I made for her and then made it impossible to make a new one, receptionist was so so rude, would stay well away from the place all they care about now is their private patients and won't take on any NHS ones now

I was a patient at Fintra for over 40 years. When I needed treatment during covid they told me that they were not seeing patients because of the pandemic and to phone back in 3 months. So 3 months later I was told that they were waiting on a new dentist starting and to ring back in a month. I rang every 4 weeks but was told that the new dentist hadn’t started yet. After nearly 2 years of trying to get an appointment at this practice, I was then told that I had been removed from their books because I hadn’t been there in a couple of years. I tried explaining that I had been trying to get an appointment for nearly 2 years but the receptionist wouldn’t listen. Since then I have found out that during the pandemic, Fintra removed a lot of their long term patients from their books, including me, without notifying them. I never missed a payment or an appointment in all those years. It has taken a while but I have recently found a new dental practice and they are wonderful.

After not attending an appointment due to the terrible work carried out on previous appointment where the dentist shaved down a perfectly good looking front tooth without telling me. Leaving me with a dark hole in the tooth. When I called to finally get the work completed. Again totally unnecessary work as I was in for a root canal on a back tooth. I was told the dentist has fined me £35 for non attendance. They refused to book me in without paying the £35. This is the latest in a long line of terrible experiences with these guys. Replaced part of a front veneer that had chipped with a cover that was 6 shades darker than the veneer itself leaving me with a brown front tooth and a hole in another. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Tried to arrange appointment for my kids they all knocked off register without notification. Youngest son kept on as he was under 17. Absaloutly shocking customer service and several receiption staff are rude to boot. Necessary evil need, it would appear to pursue the private sector agenda as they check first to see if your private payer. Zero stars from me.
