Never been on a river cruise before so decided to book a Rhine River Christmas Cruise. From first contact with Jason to the ladies in admin, Cheryl and Becky, the service has been outstanding. I have made several enquiries about various aspects of the upcoming trip and got a clear and prompt response each and every time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and team to my family and friends. We completed the form and contact was made within a few hours. All the details were made very clear and we were able to confirm our desire to book the cruise. The very next day we received the information with the details. Although we are unable to book our flight, they have assured us that we will have a choice of two airport and will be in touch when the flights are released.We feel very confident that we will enjoy this cruise and that all the arrangements are to our liking.

Delighted with the deal found within my price range and with a balcony for the cruise.only problem was the given nos of dates kept changing from 9 to 8 to 7 and am not sure now if it is 6 or 7 nights actual cruising since one night will be in an Hotel before joining the Ship. And i could have missed the flight out altogether since it was not made clear which day i would be flying....,fortunately now and hopefully sorted and hope is right....but while delighted with the truly great `deal` found for me, have been a bit unnerved with all the confusion over dates....

I emailed the company regarding a booking for our first river cruise. Jason gave me the price of the ship I'd asked for but also had given me information about a similar cruise with an upgrade and half the price of the first. He is very information with a friendly and professional approach. We have booked the cruise he gave us as an alternative and are looking forward to sailing next year.
