Norwich Crown and County Courts

There really is no help forhelping yourself. The Over complicated and under achieved courts system now sits behind an deliberate snd impenetrable contact stem.

If the Courts system in England is going to use Covid 19 as a convenient excuse to create an impenetrable phone system, the least it can do is a) update its website to phone numbers which MAY get answered and b) make sure that those phone numbers are resourced so that someone somewhere does actually answer the calls.Update - January 2022 - this small claim was fully settled back in December 2020, but I have never seen any confirmation from the Court that this was the case. I would presume that by now that it is never going to happen. I was the claimant in this case but I do wonder how many defendants have been left in limbo not knowing whether their cases have been concluded or that their liabilities are still outstanding.

I am absolutely appalled that a Court is allowed in this day and age to operate in this way. We have been waiting two months and are still getting nowhere for a Judge to sign a sealed Order and for it to be typed up. Disgusting. If this was an everyday business it would be bankrupt. You put your faith in the Court system and it is simply letting you down.

Typically shambollic Goverment run disaster. The phone lines are never answered or swichboard cannot answer even what day it is almost . Appalling

Some sort of joke in a court system there is no justice and administered by an incompetent call centre !It appears you are not longer even entitled to a small claims hearing in front of a judge without it being blamed on COVID-19If you try to appeal it you have ridiculous fees thrown at you which cost more than your claimAs i was aware the UK is no longer under COVID-19 restrictions and they have a duty to accommodate the general public so they can use the court system safelyABOUT TIME THE COURTS WOKE UP TO THIS !

Wonderful service. I got 4 years rent free plus three free meals a day by the kind folk of county court. Thanks again, your kindness brings back my faith in humankind. Xx

A note to the court that helped settle my case, id be better off being shot in the face. Not just, is justice blind, but still further, very unkind. Of course, it's just one loon's take but Justitias t*ts be rather fake. So thanks for wasting my time. At least I got to make this s**t ryhme.

Rampantly corrupt.Lawyers cheating clients, information hidden from defendants, flawed trails and miscarriages of justice.Needs taking over.

Great for disabled people. I called in to the office - the staff were prompt, courteous and efficient - they could not have been more helpful and I am genuinely grateful for their kindness and help.For those of you criticising them, please consider that folks working in an office do not make hiring decisions or approve budgets - it is not their fault if they are under-staffed, and they are doing their level best to help everyone and clear backlogs. Please remember this and be polite and patient in your turn.
