Delighted by the service given by Billy. I had a wall clock recently serviced by him and he very quickly identified issues that contributed to its irregular timing. Not only did he address these issues, he also completely overhauled the movement and chime, also cleaned the case and commemorative plaque. I highly recommend his services.

Thoroughly delighted with the restored and cleaned grandfather clock. It’s great to have an old family friend back. Mr Marshall came out to examine the clock and took it back to his workshop to be mended. He explained what was required and delivered it back looking splendid to check it was correct. It is nice to have a local clock repair specialist. Have no hesitation in recommending his work to others.

Such a wonderful surprise in this day and age.I telephoned Marshall Clocks regarding my jammed pendulum clock.Billy came round within 24hrs and fixed the problem immediately.When I asked how much l owed him for the repair and all his advice, he replied that he lived around the corner from me and didn't need anything as he was on his way home for lunch.How refreshing to meet a gentleman with old fashioned values.Of course, l will use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.Thanks very much.

First class service from Bill! He mended an old German travelling alarm clock for me and it now keeps time wonderfully. Reliably wakes me up every morning now at the exact time set with a ring born in the fires of hell (working as designed).Bill was very professional and careful, responded promptly and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Warm and friendly, I couldn't ask for a better job well done.

We purchased a 100 plus year old barometer from auction. It was not working properly and required a thorough clean. Billy quickly diagnosed the problem and a fully working barometer, beautifully cleaned has been returned today. We are delighted and fully recommend this firm.
