A great family jewellers. Owners are extremely helpful and accommodating, and their prices are unbelievably good considering the high quality/carat of jewellery on offer (especially if you compare with high street jewellers).

Ruchi and Rahul at Raina Jewellers have been absolutely amazing. They have taken the time to help me design some beautiful pieces of jewellery for my upcoming wedding. They provide a bespoke service and have gone to great lengths to get me exactly what I want. I wanted a modern simplistic Mangal Sutra and some gold bangles both in a western design. The piece were just perfect and I couldn’t be happier!Their service is unmatchable, nothing is ever too much for them. I had a budget to work with and they have spent a lot of time liaising with me to make sure it was right for me (while caveating that there is no obligations to buy at any point). Ruchi has a really good eye for detail and fully understood what I was after. I have been sent multiple CAD drawings to make sure everything was just right!I won’t be visiting any other jewellers ever again! To think they were right on my doorstep and I never even knew!I will post pictures shortly.

This is a small family shop with BIG BIG BIG customer care . Mr. Rahul and Ruchji are really nice, polite and patience with customers and take time to listen to your needs . It doesn’t end there . They made some bespoke items for my friend and the craftsmanship and finishing was very impressive. High standard !What also really impress me is When designing items for you , they design the item in CAD and show you the item before making item.Definitely the place to visit . As I said at the start , SMALL shop BIG , BIG , BIG on customer care.

I ordered a bespoke ring from Raina Jewels. Rahul and Ruchi are friendly, polite and really easy to work with. I was sent a CAD deaign to approve beforehand and the ring was made as per my requests within the timeframe agreed. Overall very pleased and will be recommending to friends and family!
