Best gym experience ever. The atmosphere and all round general feel is brilliant. The coaches are the best around by far and will always go above and beyond to help you in any way they can, may this be with training or nutrition. The equipment is fantastic, is very varied and is always having new pieces added. I've been with this facility for over 4years now and not only has it made training fun again but it has had such a positive impact on my physical and mental health. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Amazing gym! The staff are friendly and dedicated to helping you wherever possible. The classes are fantastic for people of all fitness levels and the gym is extremely well equipped. Other members are welcoming and considerate. Post-lockdown, they have gone above and beyond to ensure social distancing and sanitising is maintained in class settings and in the open gym. Would recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely love this gym. The classes are challenging and are very well put together. I love how the workouts are designed to last the full lengh of time which provides the best possible value for money. I don't feel i am being judged or stared at here which is such a deal breaker. My overall mental health has massively improved since coming here (almost 1 year now). Specifically my motivation and self worth is greater and my social anxieties have reduced. The membership is so affordable. Its not one of them gyms where you sign up and then dread going. Covid measures are fully practiced here so i feel safe attending above all else.

From the moment I first contacted the gym to when I first walked through those doors I was made to feel very welcome. I absolutely love all of the classes. The trainers push you to your limits and listen to your goals and help you achieve them. A brilliant atmosphere - going to the gym isn't a chore its a part of life now and a very enjoyable part of my day. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic Gym, the measures the guys have implemented to keep everyone safe during this Covid 19 are perfect, the brilliant thing about this gym is that it has a lovely community spirit. Everyone who attends are super nice and respectful of the equipment, and this stretches to sanitising hands when entering and leaving the gym, and also wiping down of the equipment after use. I've been to many gyms in my life and have always worried about feeling intimidated by others who attend, but it's just not the case here, everyone is extremely friendly and always happy to help. Ian, Craig and Stephen are extremely friendly and welcoming and I can 100% hand on heart say that this gym is by far my favourite.

Not being young or fit I was a little apprehensive when starting this gym but was welcomed and the classes are great . . .Ian Stephen and Craig offered support and virtual classes during lockdown and due to a bit of an obsession to have things just right the social distance arrangements in the gym are fantastic you have your own square which are accurately measured and equally spaced following the guidelines. They do everything possible to ensure the safety and well being of their members. Keep it up we appreciate it.

Great gym. Best in the area by far. Friendly staff. Felt very welcome. The equipment is top of the range and plenty to choose from. No waiting around to get on something. Highly recommend
