Nice receptionist but doesnt fill me with confidence that they could not reset my 'need service indicator' after a full service so apart from a receipt I have no real proof that my Landrover was actually service or what was done. Had to top up screeneash and adblue after.Checked on google and pressed ok button for 10s and sorted

Excellent service done on my TT which desperately needed it's tyres replacing. The tyres we ordered and paid for online had not arrived so they fitted some more superior tyres instead for the same price! Thank you very much - will definitely use again!

I have been to ATS a few times lately with various minor car issues. Wonderful service, today they assisted me with a broken exhaust bracket and did not charge me. Cannot recommend highly enough, they are also courteous and try to help as soon as they can. Thanks to the Simon the manager!

Had a screw embedded in a tyre that had not punctured it. They removed the screw pressure tested the tyre as ok. No charge as no work done. I've used ATS Poole over 5 cars since 1996 and never a problem.

Unfortunately discovered that I had a large nail in my tyre and arrived at ATS in Poole. The gent behind the counter could not have been more helpful. I wasn't booked in as it was unplanned and they were clearly busy but he moved heaven and earth to sort it out and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. I can't thank the team here enough. Would definitely recommend.

Awful customer experience! A member of their staff spoke to me so rudely when I was nothing but friendly and nice to him. If you want to be spoken too like you are an idiot then you can get this experience for free when you visit. If you want to be treated like a customer then avoid like the plague! I really can’t believe a customer facing business like this can have staff that are that rude and bad at their job.
