Electric shower burned out, came next working day to quote for the repair, dealt with the landlord directly, came next day again to do the job once landlord approved, had a lot of difficulty because the meter was behind a locked door in the apartment building and the electricity company were needed to come and isolate our line but Tim came back 3 times in the same day including one after hours to meet the management company to get access and meet the electric company guy. He kept us informed all the way along, stayed in touch with us, we never had to chase him for info or to find out what was going on or when, and in the end charged nothing extra for all the arsing around (none of which was his fault) bar a few extra bob for swapping out the pull switch which was also burned out. He'd have been well within his rights to look for 2 extra call out fees and out of hours rates but asked nothing of the sort and to top it all off did it all on Christmas week. Very polite, professional, kind and reasonable and went well above and beyond our expectations to make sure we didn't have to go over the Christmas period with no shower. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had Tim at the house for some major electrical work, very professional job, with an electrical safety certificate when he had finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. Thanks Tim!

Will NOT be calling again, a simple we job where i done the frist fix and Tim was to put it live, but turned up with out the breakers that i told him to bring, to make it a worth while job for him i give him the testing of the house got a invoice for £495 + vat with no time or materials on invoice, when ask for time and material on invoice Tim would not give his hours but put £50 for materials and £300 for labour I paid this to not wast any more time with ABC ELECTRICAL or on his invoice it's T Scullion electrical
