I damaged my forestay & roller furler and the whole rig was at risk of coming down. One Degree West Marine were busy but bumped me up the queue to make my boat safe.I looked up prices for a new furler and braced myself for a large bill but the guys at One Degree West repaired what they could and only replaced the components which actually required replacement.Overall their service was very prompt, great communication, and very reasonably priced.
