North West Window Repairs Ltd

For the sake of transparency Brian is a friend of mine I've known him for around 35 years although I've never had cause to use him professionally before. And I'll add that I insisted on paying him for his services yesterday. I've had a problem with a hinge on my window for a long time and I've never got around to getting it fixed. Last week I thought enough is enough the gap was significant the street noise was loud and the draft despite having shutters was terrible. I contacted Brian and sent him some pictures. He came around and after a quick catch up he set to work. Window came out and new hinges fitted in probably less than 10 minutes. They work absolutely perfectly and the window is nice and tight for the first in about 10 years!!!! Why didn't I contact Bri earlier? Brilliant man, family man what more could you ask?

Fantastic experience! Communication between the men and Natalie at the office was always amazing and kept me up to date on timings. Very professional and friendly, and completed the work to high quality, very quickly, and with no mess! Very well priced too! Definitely recommend!!

I cannot recommend the team at North West Window Repairs enough. They came to my home at a time that suited me to measure up, and then again to install the glass a couple of weeks later. The guys were efficient and effective, not to mention absolutely lovely. The price was also incredibly competitive, and they were able to offer me a quote with only a few simple details from me. If I ever need a similar job doing in the future, I will absolutely be going to them!

We contact North West windows a few weeks ago, for a free quote we arranged a time for the assessment the gentleman arrived on time of our appointment.The gentleman who arrived was very professional and polite even taking his shoes off which I said he didn't have to, he assessed our damaged window which had blown, a good price given and we agreed to arrange for the window to be replaced.Within a day we received a call from Natalie to arrange a date for the fitting which was today, a young man arrived on time, he too was very friendly, professional and polite, the work was completed within 15 minutes and we are very happy with the results. Again this young man was very reassuring if we have any issues to contact them, not many companies offer this level of service anymore.I have to say EVERY member of staff we have had dealing with have been extremely professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend this company. Needed new hinges on French doorAfter contacting 3 other companies who promised to come and give me a price and didn't bother turning up contacted north west windows who gave a price straight away over phone.Came yesterday replaced the hinges,on time, no fuss, very professionalThank you.I would definitely recommend this company

Excellent service, more than reasonable price for the work being done. Removed all old sealant from around my front windows and replaced them and refitted broken covers. Great communication both across text and in person, already noticed a difference in the heat being retained in my house. Will be contacting again for the rear of my house in the new year.

Highly recommended. I've been impressed from initial contact all the way through to the glass being fitted. They are informative, keep to their word and the quality of service is faultless. Over the moon with my new cat flap and they've already started using it. Will not hesitate to use them again, in fact I will be having more glass replaced in the New Year. An all round excellent service. They arrived promptly on the agreed day and set to work immediately. They were very thorough in identifying the issues and fixed them quickly and efficiently. We had a jamming porch door and a leak in the conservatory roof and these are now fixed and I feel confident in their repairs. Any similar issues arising in future, I will confidently turn to them.
