Thank you NWB for fantastic service from start to finish! Chris was super knowledgeable when we purchased our new bed and gave us lots of great advice. When there was an issue over the delivery time of our mattress you got it sorted for us. Your delivery men are friendly and professional too. An all round great service at competitive prices. The team at North Wales Beds are fantastic. We purchased two mattresses from here and family members have also made purchases. We were not pushed on our budget at all, although there are much more expensive mattresses available. We felt valued throughout and would highly recommend.

We recently ordered a Silentnight mattress from NWB. Mike was very helpful, telling us about the different mattresses. He gave us lots of valuable information. We never felt under pressure to buy. Our mattress was delivered last weekend. Really pleased with the service and with the mattress.

Very pleasant experience.No pressure, just good advice with a smile.Reasonable prices and next day delivery on time.2 nice guys brought the bed in and set it up for us.(You don't get that when you mail order!!)
