We were first time buyers and had heard a lot of horror stories about estate agents, so were braced for a difficult time, but Charlie was super helpful, responsive and did everything he could to move the process along. He was very open to questions and explained everything clearly, acted quickly and kept up communication throughout. Would definitely recommend his services!

Charlie rented out our annexe to a lovely tenant within a week of advertising. He was able to get us the best price with a tenant that fitted well and she was very happy there. I would highly recommend him for a personal service, he always replied to my questions quickly and arranged everything we needed from photos to inventory (we had not been landlords before so weren’t sure what was required). I would certainly go back to him if we ever sold/bought or needed to rent again!

I approached Charlie for advice when looking for a first property to buy. Despite him not being local to me, I had heard great things about him and wanted to speak to him about potential properties in my area. He was exceptionally helpful, and went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and will definitely both use him again in the future myself, and put my friends and colleagues in touch with him should they require any assistance in their own property searches.

We sold our flat using Charlie's services. He came into our flat, told us what needs to be done to sell it well (small changes that looked great), then he was brilliant when it came to pictures - he put a lot of effort into making the house look good. He was there for every viewing, he was there when we needed some help with the solicitors, we really felt well taken care off. I would recommend Charlie every time! He's brilliant!

I used Charlie to sell my house and can highly recommend him. From the initial chat he gave great advice as to how best present the house ready for pictures and viewings. He kept me up to date with any viewings happening even when I was out of the country for some. Once the offer was made he walked me through the next steps to completion. Whenever I had a question he was there to explain and guide. Charlie is friendly, trustworthy and the consummate professional.
