Came in with my boyfriend to pick up his mum. Before I got to sign up, he noticed his mum and went to pick her up while I waited around the registration table, next to stairs. As I didn't enter gaming area, and I was standing next to registration table, I didn't sign in and we were just going out, when the woman at the desk stopped us and started saying, that I have to sign up. I said, that I'm not going in and we're already leaving, so signing will take more time, than I was in. She still kept going about it. If there is no entry to the building without registration, they need to have the desk next to the door. Otherwise it's just rude to stop someone from leaving to make sign up. Really rude. Will never go in as a customer

Really upset to find last night that vapour smoking was allowed in the Milton Keynes Bingo Hall. Especially as no other establishment that sells food allows it. Would you please review your policy on this or I feel you might lose custom.Thank you

Used to go here 20 years ago on a regular basis. Was looking forward to a fun night instead we both left with a headache and £40 less in my wallet. This place caters well for the regulars but not for first timers, staff have no time to explain anything and when they do it is very fast. Basically if your not sure what is going on you put your hand up but they wont wait for you, never going back...

This place is good for an evening of bingo. Service is generally good and the limited food menu is of a good quality. Only downsides are that the building and fittings are getting dated and being underground there is no mobile service and no WiFi because of hacking risks.

The ladies on front desk are lovely. They really look after you and are all so polite. The manager onsite Udesh Pillay was fantastic too & made you feel so welcome!! He really went out of his way too for us in getting drinks etc.

I've been twice to gala bingo Milton Keynes. The staff are very helpful and what I had in the food was very nice. I just have 2 complaints 1 the prize money is not brilliant and 2 the last time I was there one of the bar staff was chatting while the bingo was being called. However a pleasant evening and a relaxed atmosphere well done gala

Great night all in all,but they may want to get some more staff on the front desk lady was running around like crazy and She served my food and drink! Failing that pay rise!

If I could rate this lower then I would! Absolutely shocking customer service. Called on a full house to be ignored and then spoke down to by staff when bought to their attention. The manager was helpful prior to the issue however done little to resolve it.stay clear of this establishment!
