I'm not sure what's changed since my last visit, but the fish and chips I had from here recently weren't as good as they used to be. The chips were almost anaemic and the fish was over battered. Hopefully it was just a one off...

Very Disappointed with the chips, not very nice. The fish cakes were very good. The back yard and toilets not nice very dated, and quite dirty. The yard needs a good tidy up and clean. Also cash only which wasn't very convenient

Possibly the most expensive fish and chip shop I've ever been in! 2 pie and chips, 1 battered sausage and 2 buttered rolls £18.40! It wouldn't have been so bad if the product was worth it but the chips were dry and stuck to the paper they use to line the boxes, the pies were microwaved for so long that the meat inside dried out and the pastry was hard. Even the rolls weren't fresh and soft. The only saving grace was the battered sausage which was just about passable. Safe to say I won't be frequenting this establishment again.

We ordered a pie and chips and haddock and chips. They bagged up the fish and chips and handed it over. We only realised when we got home that half the order was missing. They did not pick up our calls, though the shop was still open according to published times.My husband has run back to sort out the issue and they have closed early!!!Utterly disgusted that a business can be so casual about its customer base. With businesses trying to survive at the moment, I hardly think this one is worthy of our concern.

Perfect , fresh cooked. Everywhere else local had an hour wait and we were off to the Kings, so here was Perfect. Friendly service. Had chips and mushy peas, huge portion. Very full belly.

Very nice as always. Better to eat in or phone shop directly for delivery. DO NOT use the other app delivery services as they ad £1 to evary item you buy so a family of 4 will cost you and extra £10 plus the extra they already put on.

Probably the worst chips I’ve ever had bought a kids meal for my granddaughter they are so hard she can’t even bite into them stale and solid been all around the world and uk …..never experienced food like this

Absolutely disgusting chips, tasted like they have been in the fryer for 2 days.Nether answer the phone.Advise everyone not to go there.
