Since we first started working with CSPAs they have been a pleasure to work with, the team are friendly and professional and have become trusted partners for all our pool needs since designing and building our pool in 2016. They are on hand whenever needed and have responded quickly to a few emergencies for us, they are always happy to talk through options with us and help us to make decisions. Its great to have a company who are local and responsive and also provide a first class service all round!

CSPAS have looked after my pool for over 15 years and recently designed, installed and maintain a state of the art new installation replacing an old 50 year-old pool. Throughout the technically difficult project the organisation, professionalism and workforce skills were first class. CSPAS have fitted an air source pump and a new top-of-the-range pool cover for me. They answer the phone promptly, respond to emails on the day, and respond to any issues straightaway. Their back-office systems are slick too and their technical staff knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I have nothing but praise for any company that cares enough to offer this level of customer service.

CP&S did a complete refurbishment of our 17m pool, shortening it to 14m , installing n auto cover and a sunken hot tub. Great service, great ideas and on budget. Monthly service since then has been spot on an good value. I would recommend them to anybody.
