Had a consultation today with Ryan to see what the issues were with movement in my arm, On meeting Ryan was very pleasant and polite and made me feel at ease. He went through my life events pinpointing any details that could of caused the issues I was having and went through each part of of my body checking for any issue no just what I had made the appointment for. Have booked back in straight away even tho he has gave myself tips on how to make changes to training and maximise the slight changes to techniques and improve and can’t wait to get cracking and see the improvements thanks again top class service and friendly would highly recommend

I twisted my knee badly falling off a windsurfer and was in a lot of pain. Ryan performed a very thorough examination and diagnosed a MCL tear and gave me a comprehensive management plan. It worked and is now healing well. Would recommend

As the date of a race was approaching, I wanted to book a pre event massage and made an appointment with 5th Element Sports Injury Clinic.Ryan was very knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease when he explained the treatment I would be receiving during the session.Ryan was very professional and thorough during the physical treatment, and would talk me through the stages.My legs now feel a bit more relaxed and race ready.Thank you.

First time using this clinic & I felt really comfortable from the start. After asking questions & ascertaining my current movements Ryan started treatment. During the whole experience he discussed why & what he believed I needed and went on to ensure I understood what I could do for self help. I will definitely be back to carry on with my treatment & have no problem recommending the clinic to others.

I injured my back about 30 years ago and when it flares up takes 2-3 months to settle down. I’ve been to many chiropractors / physios over the years. Found Ryan recently and have had 3 sessions with him. He’s knowledgeable and a good practitioner, easy to get on with. I can see light at the end of the tunnel and am confident that I’ll be back to ‘normal’ soon - I’ll not be returning to any chiropractor. Definitely worth considering.

Excellent first appointment with Ryan. He was incredibly thorough in talking through my activities and lifestyle, then assessing the injury and ruling out possible and probable causes, and then treating the injury, all within the hour slot. Also a really pleasant guy! Will definitely be back!!
