Im lucky that was searching google that evening, found Steve! This man is living legend, came to pick up bike and next day dropped it back, explained what is good to do before Mot,i did asked many questions about bikes,and he answered,so from now i will deal only with Steve! And my girls like him,good price, quick proper service!if you doubt? Better not! Just call and let him do everything for you!P.s. he even topped up my oil for free,this show that person cares about costumers

Absolutely fantastic service from Steve at Big Cooks can't recommend enough picked bike up at 9am and dropped at 4pm for fork seal replacement this kind of service is really rare, and great rates as well, thank you !

Steve was easy to deal with from start to finish. He returned the bike back to me within 24 hours with the new subframe fitted and I was very happy with the service I received. Would 100% use again!

Phoned Steve and explained the issues I was having with my scooter. He came and picked it up for free, diagnosed the issues and have me the full explanation to what I parts I needed and why. He fitted parts promptly and returned my scooter for free and showed me it all working.I was surprised how cheap it was when he estimated the bill it was exactly what he quoted with no hidden costs/ extras like other places I’ve been too!A complete gentleman and a master mechanic in my eyes. Can’t recommend him enough !! *********

Fantastic service! Steve came to pick up my motorbike, gave it a major service, pads change and MOT and then dropped it back to me. He really knows his stuff and is a nice guy- absolutely I'll be using him again. Top class.
