The landlords are terrible , my disabled friend has had to move into a bottom floor flat because they haven't fixed the lift in several months. And that was only after many hours trying to get in contact with them.

Really good access to the city centre and train station. Good energy efficiency. Always had good service, the utilities were fixed quickly when addressed and there are weekly cleaners.
