Far better than other local,agencies we have used both mum and dad were really pleased with every visit made. I cannot praise too highly the owners and staff who did so much for my parents Unlike other agencies we have never had to phone and complain about missed calls or poor service nor about disputed hours on the billing invoice. Without KHC my sister and I would have never have been able to relax a little knowing my parents were in such good hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care and support in their own home.

KindHearted Care provided a wonderful service to my late mother. Small group of carers. New carers always introduced before arriving, no new face at the door. Mum grew fond of the ‘girls’ and enjoyed the the extra tlc, chat & occasionally breakfast in bed if they thought she was tired. Would definitely recommend them.

As a family, we cannot thank Kind Hearted Care enough, for all they did for Dad in the time they looked after him. They always treated Dad with utmost dignity and thorough professionalism, also dealing with the COVID pandemic exceptionally well. They also looked out for mum too and always had time for a chat, and it meant a lot to us all that they cared enough for the owners and several of the carers to attend Dad's funeral when he passed.They worked as a true team, communicating well with each other, to ensure continuity of care for dad, and helped us as a family to navigate the care system, often liaising with other services on our behalf when we floundered, and that sort of help is priceless.I would definitely recommended Kind Hearted Care, with total confidence, to anyone who is looking for any level of care for a loved one.

The teams care for my elderly dad was second to none. Always caring, always kind, always professional, always proactive. Carers clearly communicated between visits ensuring continuity of care.The team used a whole-family approach, being there for my mum when she needed help too, and always listening to our families’ concerns and keeping us informed promptly of any changes.Visits were regular and reliable.The team took personal and warm interest in my dad, making him laugh and understanding his needs and personality.This care was consistent throughout the whole team, throughout his care, on his good days and his bad days, on the day he died, and the days following that when they supported my mum.I cannot thank the team enough for the peace of mind they gave us all…Kind Hearted Care indeed.

We highly recommend Kindhearted care without any reservations. The whole team without exception are kind, compassionate and professional. We were so lucky that they were able to provide my father with palliative home care during the last months of his life. Their visits never felt rushed and they took the time during every visit to talk with and explain everything to my mother during this stressful time. Kind Hearted Care have been looking after my mum for several weeks now, my mum is very happy and looks forward to her social visits and care calls. This is after being unhappy after using other agencies in the past. Both the carers my mum has Helen and Gill are lovely carers and often do more than is expected.

We feel so lucky to have such caring and considerate carers looking after my Dad/Grandad who is chair bound with Parkinson's Disease. The Kind hearted care company offered a bespoke package of care for my mother in law.We found the company professional, reliable, trustworthy and most of all flexible, (as sometimes needs change at short notice).
