Availability of appointments is excellent - choice of times and immediate availability. Charlotte was amazing. She explained what she was going to do and was so gentle and kind. The whole experience was delightful

Really impressed with Charlotte, my hearing was really reduced due to a built up of wax and after a session my hearing has never been better. Never felt and discomfort and talked me through with how it worked and what she was doing.
