Used JNW for a high quality print out for my sons birthday. Given I approached them just a few days before said event, Jonathan was brilliant, getting my order done within a day. Prints were fantastic.

We used JNW's photography studio for our balloon photoshoot. It was a great space. We were able to use all his props if needed. Jonathan was very friendly and accommodating, even though we ran over time Jonathan was very patient with us. We also bought the gold plinth covers which we were very happy with. I'd highly recommend JNW's services and products. We will surely be using him again!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!We have never had such a bad experience with anyone in our lives! We have placed an order for 3000 GBP, I drove pregnant across entire Europe (from Slovenia to the UK) to collect it personally and they have delivered the most horrendous service. We have had nothing but problems with them for the past 4 months.I have placed an order for black mesh wall (the paint strated pealing away after single use and the mesh is crooked), seamless white backdrop (which is anything but seamless and the gap between the two halves is seen from a long distance. It is also quite scratched and the surface bruised), white&gold&black plinths (that are surprisingly ok, except for the 3 plinths that don’t have the acrylic finish on top and are matte instead of gloss and completely damaged - scratched, dented and dirty and can’t be cleaned), champagne wall (that is in good shape, but they forgot to cut out the rods, pegs and shelves that I payed for and therefore cannot use the wall at all without them).Apart from missing vital parts of some items, others were in bad shape, damaged, scratched and dented. They have continuously made promises to replace the missing items asap and send them out upon agreed date and they have failed to do so on several occassions. They have cost our company business deals, income, clients, reputation and hard earned money! Furthermore, we had to invest in the repairs of the damaged items they made. They have been nothing but untrustworthy and dissapointing, with Jonathan as the main person to blame, Gemma handling our collection upon arrival and Lauren during our earlier correspondence via email. We have received nothing but false assurances, continuous lies and missleading statements. The costumer servise is dissapointing and they never returned our calls. After 35 missed calls during business hours in one week, they did not respond with a single call back. We have tried to solve our problems as peacefully as possible although are patience was running thin with every passing week! 4 months of trying to work things out and they had absolutely no respect for us. That is why we have filed an official complaint and went to the authorities for justice! We also think it is fair to show people what our experience with them was like so no more honest, hard working businesses have to go through what we went through. We have saved our correspondance screenshots, their text messages, phone calls and IG private messages for proof of how absolutely disgraceful they are and we are not hesitant to show those photos. They should be ashamed of themselves and we are disgusted in both business they lead and the main person behind it!

We are a leading decor company in the uk istyle events. We have used JNW for many years and have been super happy with their service, skills and products. Everything has always been above and beyond and I can safely say theres no where else in the UK like them. Highly recommend. This company is amazing, i use them to order my back drops, plinths, name plates and all my printing needs. I wouldnt go anywhere else as these guys are not only reliable they are well priced.
